I'm Megan - a career Human Resources professional, across a variety of industries from Pharmaceutical, Government to Hospitality and Tourism.

Delivering Human Resources within organisations for over two decades has provided me a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement Human Resources frameworks across various sized organisations. Whether working in large ASX listed organisations, global organisations or smaller national and local providers, it was evident that effective solutions were those closely aligned to the organisational strategy and the needs and motivators of the team.

In addition to lengthy career experience, formal qualifications, CAHRI certification and experience as an Industry Board Member, I am also studying a Masters of Human Resources and Employment Relations to ensure relevancy and currency is maintained.
Apart from my passion for partnering with businesses to deliver superior people solutions, I have a passion for coaching and motivating. Having spent significant time in Executive positions, I have assisted in building leadership capability, mentored emerging and senior leaders, and provided structured career guidance. We work with organisations looking to invest in their team with further growth in this area, as well as individuals looking to develop into their next career role with coaching, mentoring, career review and building of employee brands.
